Trial order
We believe it's essential that our products meet your needs and effectively address or prevent your concerns. Recognizing that every individual is unique, we offer a 28-day trial period for our ergonomic products, completely obligation-free.
During this 28-day trial period, you're encouraged to use the products in your own workspace. This allows you to thoroughly evaluate whether the product truly suits your needs and preferences.
Interested in taking advantage of our trial placement? Simply add the products from our webshop to your shopping cart and proceed with the standard ordering process. Be sure to indicate in the comments that this is a trial placement, and we'll provide you with a 28-day trial period.
Alternatively, you can also request a trial placement via phone, fax, or email. Here are the conditions for a trial placement:
- If the products don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 28 days, provided they're in their original condition and packaging. Ensure the products are securely packed, not just in their original packaging but also in an additional box.
- Please note that trial placements are not available for certain products, including sit/stand workstations, desk bikes, treadmills, tabletops, Lounge2Work, chairs, stools, mats, software, and Wacom drawing tablets.
- Return shipments must include a copy of the invoice and a reason for the return.
- You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Upon return, you'll receive a credit note for the products returned, and the purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the initial payment.
