The special sitball from Togu has a thicker casing than the traditional sitballs. The vertical movement is therefore slower and thus it gives way more slowly. This allows the user to work longer behind a desk than with a normal balance ball. This innovative way of working at the office also makes the work a lot more enjoyable.
By sitting dynamically, the muscles in the lower back are constantly exercised and strengthened, which of course benefits the overall body posture and fitness. The body takes a much more natural posture thanks to this sitball, and that posture is more stable and gives rise to fewer back problems.
The sitball comes with two sealing caps. You can pump up the ball with the special %%160.039|ball pump from Togu%% or with an airbed pump, because there is no valve in the ball.
This is the ball 65 cm in diameter, which is suitable for users of heights between 165 - 78 cm. We recommend that shorter people use the 55 cm ball, and taller the 75 cm ball.
